Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zombie Bombshell!

We offer a store credit refund or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a credit refund or exchange of any kind unless certain circumstances arise (ie. Late shipment, etc.)

Eligibility for Credit Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the details at Kev@ZombieBombshell.Life and we will process your return. 

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• NFTs
• Other Digital Goods/Downloads
• Any Consumable Items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Shipping

• Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be  sent to us per the instruction given to you after contacting us for the return.
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost  of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an Item is lost in transit we will work with you and the package delivery  service to retrieve it.
